The Mini 7’s football competition is back in action after a two year absence. This week we hosted Courtnacuddy NS and Donard NS in both boys and girls football. Well done to everyone who took part.

Thursday 29th September saw the start of Hurling 365 in our school. Coaches and volunteers from the Duffry Rovers GAA club were up early to get going at 8am. Well done to all the pupils who took part and thank you to the coaches for giving their time to improve the pupil’s hurling skills. Hurling 365 will continue for the next four weeks and is open to all pupils of Caim NS from 1st – 6th Class.

Our 14 Junior Infants have been settling in very well to school life at Caim NS. They have been very busy learning their new routines, making friends, exploring ‘Myself’ through Aistear, going for adventures on the school grounds, as well as lots of learning and fun!

6th Class have been hands on with our Izak 9 cubes. Incorporating problem solving and teamwork with number operations.

Welcome back to all our pupils and staff for another year of learning, fun and activity. We extend a special welcome to our fourteen new junior infants. We look forward to showcasing lots of wonderful work here on our school website. Check in for regular updates.
